Almost Ready for the Assembly

Got the veneer today looks very smart, a little bit lighter than expected but should do the job just as well, still need to purchase a few item, then will be continuing to assemble. Today the tail block has been stuck to the stringer, and final preparation before sticking things and bring it all up.

Resin and Veneer

Think West System epoxy is going to be used, i can get it from Scott Bader and i have just ordered the veneer

Veneer Sample

A sample bit of beech veneer which is going to be covering the frame, on the right side, a lick/ finished look and contrasted in the woods.

Cutting back

 the weight going to be a issue, trying at every opitunity drill holes, can still easily lift, so approximation around about 7-8kg?

Cutting out the main structural longitudinal stringer out of a lovely piece of Mahogany, pretty tense.

And started cutting out and joining the transverse to the stringer
